An important collection of Isle of Man TT signs and memorabilia, valued at over £20,000, has been consigned to the Charterhouse online auction of classic and vintage motorcycle.

The Charterhouse team of valuers have unearthed 22 classic, vintage and veteran motorcycles in a barn which are entered without reserve into their motorcycle auction on Wednesday 6th May.
A 1969 BSA Rocket III, bought new by George Lazenby to commute to Pinewood Studios when filming the James Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, is being sold by Charterhouse Auctioneers in Sherborne

The auction is a specialist sale devoted to motorcycles. The earliest entry is a 1911 Bradbury de-Luxe motorbike with a wicker sidecar with one of the more modern machines being a 2014 Egli-Vincent race bike.
