British National Ploughing Championships & Country Festival

This amazing event is held in a different part of the country each year. It's not just ploughing though!
It offers a rare glimpse of how farming has changed over the past 300 years - magnificent heavy horses and many styles of vintage tractors and equipment and giant steam ploughing engines. With lots of trade stands, shopping and country crafts plus tractor & trailer rides, it's a great day out for all the family!
There will be plenty of food outlets, car parking is free, admission is £10 per adult or £5 per child over 11. Under 11s are free.
