Welcome A hearty welcome awaits you to this recently and elegantly refurbished Bed and Breakfast. Stoneleigh Barn is approx. 200 years old and situated about 2 miles from the historic town of Sherborne. Ideally situated for visitors to the area, be they tourists, business people or wedding guests/couples. The poplular wedding venues on offer in the area, amongst which includes Stockbridge Farm Barn, Sherborne Castle, Sherborne Abbey, are all within a short distance from us.

The accommodation comprises of 4 rooms all with en-suite and private shower and bathrooms. Rooms offer Free View flatscreen televisions, free WiFi, hairdryers, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, iron and board are also provided. The built in wardrobes will give you ample storage and have his and her bathrobes and slippers. The newly installed state of the art high pressure water system delivers constant temperature showers and baths. Luxury bedding will ensure a restful night.¨

The Orchid room  is an elegant and spacious room ideally suited for any special occasion such as a romantic wedding night or anniversary etc. It offers an ample sitting area to enjoy your drinks. Upon request we can offer a package comprising of champagne, fresh flowers, chocolate and a champagne breakfast in the comfort of your own suite.

The Turquoise room is another tastefully refurbished suite with a cosy sitting area, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. It can be configured to accommodate 2 adults, a child and a baby.

The adjoining Lilac room, is a smaller double room, which has also undergone a full make over.   These two rooms can be used as a family suite and share a large bathroom all of which has its own private entrance.

The Rose room  is another comfortably elegant room of the same high standard. It has its own shower room and is ideally suited for single or double occupancy.

Breakfast  we can offer full English and continental breakfast, sourced from the finest locally produced ingredients, including free range eggs from our very own chickens, all prepared in accordance with you requirements. If you have any special dietary needs, please mention so when booking. We are sure that this will add pleasure to your stay at Stoneleigh Barn.

Settings we have the most delightful and relaxing garden, where the weary traveller, romantic couple or tourists to the aera can enjoy the facilities we have to offer. Drinks on the terrace will be provided at your request

Room rates including breakfast - Double room £80.00 per night. Single occupancy £60.00 per night. For children 8 years and older, sharing with parents £10 per night per child.

How to find Us.

Stoneleigh Barn is situated on the A3030.  Leave Sherborne on the A352 towards Dorchester. After a mile,turn left onto the A3030, descend the hill and enter North Wootton. Turn left immediately after the North Wootton/40mph signs and follow the lane round to the right. You will see our entrance on the left through the open 5 bar gate. Alternatively via GPS search for West Lane or DT9 5JW.
