Ashfield Property was formed in April 1989 initially as a partnership which was restructured as a Limited Company in June 1996. We therefore have several years experience in selling and managing all types of residential property and hope that we have acquired a good reputation as honest and reliable independent agents.

The company is affiliated to the National Association of Estate Agents and is bound by a professional code of practice. We also carry professional indemnity insurance to safeguard you against any error on our part. Naturally we hope that this will never happen but is there just in case.

Our high profile offices are situated in one of the main streets in Yeovil with a display window to the street where we can advertise your property to it's best advantage

We advertise in Yellow Pages, Talking Pages, Scoot and other publications such as Thompsons and local directories. As you can see, we also maintain our own website where we publish our list of lettings as well as the houses for sale. If you find it easier, you can correspond with us via email which several of our overseas owners find extremely convenient.

Our staff are mature, well motivated individuals with considerable experience of life in general and most have been with us for several years. They are therefore able to give the best possible service and make well considered decisions on the large variety of situations which are encountered. All major decisions will however be made by a company director.
