Yeovil Day Centre Victoria Hall 20 South Street Yeovil Somerset BA20 1QE	The South Somerset Disability Forum (SSDF) consists of a group of people with experience of and interest in disability issues. The Forum provides a framework within which the problems and concerns of people with disabilities can be addressed. The Forum was established in 1994 in response to a growing feeling that people with disabilities and their carers should have a genuine influence over local issues.
