The 35th Annual Sherborne Castle Fireworks Display

The 35th annual Sherborne Castle Fireworks will take place on Saturday November 8th 2014; gates open at 5pm. The event will once again look to enhance its reputation as one of the best shows and biggest shows in the South West. The event which regularly attracts over 9000 people offers a full evening of entertainment including a fireworks show, a bonfire, fairground rides, food stalls and live music. There is something for all the family to enjoy.
Gates open at 5pm, with the bonfire lighting at 7pm and the fireworks show starting at 7.30pm.
Brent Mitchell, Director of Events Crew continues: “The Sherborne Castle Fireworks is run by a local team for the benefit of local people and that sets this event apart. All the money raised stays within the local area and we think that is a great selling point when people are making the decision of which show to see.” Sherborne Castle Fireworks brings together all parts of the community into this stunning location and thanks must once again go to the Wingfield-Digby family, owners of Sherborne Castle for their support of the event and use of the castle grounds. Tickets are available online and also available at selected shops within Sherborne Town including the Tourist Information Centre.
